For their unforgettable wedding at Villa d’Este, Katherine and Nick, a beautiful and funny couple from Miami, envisioned a 

 3 days events agenda. The aim was to let their guests fully enjoy all the beauty of Lake Como, offering them completely different faces of the most beautiful Lake around the world. 
All the planning process was really funny and offered us funny and joyful moments along the planning process, including a never-ending food (and wines!) tasting at Villa d’Este;
For her wedding at Villa d’Este, Katherine wanted the elegance of blue matched with gold, for sure a timeless mix.
Being in that period a bit obsessed with Chinese pottery, I was more than happy to include them in the project, adding this way a touch of oriental design and elegance.

The ceremony at iconic Mosaic garden had a very special touch, with the performance by Katherine’s sister, the well-known American singer Jenny Tolman. Nick had his special entrance, surprising guests; they were waiting for him coming from the aisle, but he arrived from the opposite side, directly from the stairs in the middle of the Mosaic.

The cocktail followed on the stunning Colonne Terrace facing the Lake.

The dinner took place in the Impero Room, where two long imperial tables welcomed guests together with a great performance by an international band.

At the end of the dinner, the wedding cake had its grand entrance in the room just before the party started.
