Lisa and Dean’s wedding at Villa d’Este was a beautiful mix of Italian style, stunning flowers decoration and touches of Italian Opera.

This American couple landed at Lake Como to celebrate their love; they asked me to create a day full of beauty: white, pale peach and pink were the main inputs regarding decorations. 
Lisa, as many brides, was absolutely amazed by the stunning Mosaic, for sure the icon of  Villa d’Este and she wanted decorations to look as part of the garden, so we decided to create a very large, wild aisle decor headed to a semicircular grounded arch, that surrounded them during the ceremony.

 The Impero room, another key point of a wedding at Villa d’Este, was the perfect frame for the dinner. The reception room was totally decorated with blooming trees and high elegant centerpieces in the middle of round tables full of candles and embellished by a very precious mise en place. 

The most surprising parts of the dinner were for sure the Tenors’ performances among courses.  Italian opera songs added a very special, touching feel to the reception.
